Repaint of common areas and unit turnovers across Riverbend Apartments, scheduled on a rolling basis as buildings and units come available. SITE RULES. Occupied building. Hallway work weekdays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, one wing at a time. No weekend work. Egress kept clear at all times. FEES. Per accepted quote, per building. Progress-billed weekly, net 14.
