Agreement text

This service agreement is between {{tenant.businessName}} ("Provider") and {{client.contactName}} ("Client").

1. SERVICES. Provider agrees to perform the painting services described herein at the Client's premises located at {{client.serviceAddress}}.

2. SCHEDULE. Work will begin on or around the scheduled start date listed above and proceed to completion, weather permitting for exterior work. Provider will give reasonable notice of any schedule changes.

3. PRICING. Services are billed per the quoted project price or the Provider's published rates. Invoices are due within {{tenant.overdueDays}} days of receipt. Material and color changes requested after work begins may incur additional charges.

4. CANCELLATION. Either party may cancel this agreement with 7 days written notice. Deposits cover materials and scheduling and are non-refundable once materials are purchased.

5. ACCESS. Client agrees to provide Provider with reasonable access to the premises and the areas to be painted during scheduled work.

6. LIABILITY. Provider carries general liability insurance and will protect floors, fixtures, and furnishings in work areas. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of completion.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
